Brantford Eye Care is looking for a full time Vision Therapist and Optometric Assistant for our busy, well established practice.
We are a full scope primary care practice with a busy vision therapy clinic, focusing on care for pediatric patients and those with traumatic brain injuries.
Our ideal candidate would have experience in the area of vision therapy, and/or in an optometric practice however experience is NOT necessary.
Duties would include managing a full schedule of vision therapy patients, communicating effectively with patients and caregivers, report writing, management of insurance submission and paperwork as well as some pre-testing and reception duties.
We’re looking for someone who works well independently, who is responsible, engaged, driven and passionate about what they do.

Priority will be given to those with previous vision therapy experience however experience is NOT necessary.
-Part time hours (for experienced Vision therapists) or Full time hours available (experienced vision therapists or inexperienced vision therapists)
-There is a $500 signing bonus after completing 1000 hours with the company
-$600 health care spending account or wellness account per year
-Yearly bonus potential depending on growth of practice
-option to work every other Saturday (8:45-2) or every Saturday
EXCEPT long weekend Saturdays are CLOSED.
