Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Optician or Optometric Assistant to join our team.

Daily job responsibilities include:

• Spectacle and contact lens sales: assisting patients in selecting the appropriate eyewear to meet their needs.

• Booking appointments: Managing the appointment schedule to ensure efficient patient flow.

• Pretesting, visual fields and OCT scans: Conducting preliminary tests to prepare patients for their eye examinations as well as any additional testing required.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player, who has excellent communication skills and customer service experience. While experience in the optometric industry is an asset, we are willing to train an individual with the right personality and eagerness to learn.

We are hiring for a full time position with no evening or weekend shifts. Hourly wage is to be determined based on relevant experience.
