We are looking for a full-time Optical Sales Associate at our busy optometry practice in St. Marys, Ontario. This team member will work a schedule of 35-40 hours/week. Previous optical experience is required.
Responsibilities
Educating patients about the best eyewear and lenses choices for their lifestyle, ensuring they receive the best in value and quality
Assisting with selection of frames to suit patient’s aesthetic and performance needs Interpreting optical prescriptions as written by the optometrists
Performing frame and facial measurements to ensure correct fit and positioning of eyewear
Performing repairs and adjustments to patients’ eyewear
The Successful Candidate
Previous optical sales/customer service experience
Passionate about customer experience
A great communicator in the English language who can provide exceptional patient care
Good basic math skills
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
A positive winning attitude
Good computer knowledge
