Your main duties will be:
- Welcoming, counselling and analyzing our clientele’s needs.
- Taking measurements, adapting and dispensing of glasses and contact lenses.
- Customization of frames, repairs.
- Troubleshooting non adapts
- Edging of glasses and quality control
- Managing stocks and presentation of products and contributing to administrative tasks
We’ll support you with the training and tools you need so you can deliver excellent patient care.
What you need?
- 2 to 5 years experience is preferred
- Current Optician license in the province of Ontario
- Ability to deliver excellent patient service
- Great organizational and time management skills
- Financial understanding of sales, targets and budgets
- Be an enthusiastic learner and teacher
