Registered Optician- Full or Part Time

The Eyeglass Factory is a well-known optical store in Thornhill with a 45-year history selling high-end eyewear and offering a full eye care experience, from eye exam to final fitting and beyond. The Eyeglass Factory places the utmost importance on customer service, proven by its loyal customer base, and is looking for an enthusiastic, reliable Optician to join the team. With our experienced and hard-working team, you will be with some of the industry’s best eye care professionals in a fun, fast-paced and rewarding work environment. Must meet the following criteria: - Registered Optician - Fluent in English, both spoken and written - Flexible schedule - Experience with current lens technology - Exceptional customer service skills - Proficient in contact lenses, frame adjustments and troubleshooting - Lab experience preferred (edging, checking and repairs) - Experience with Wink practice management software an asset - Organized, thorough and detail oriented - Can work well individually or as part of a team - Accustomed to working with tight deadlines and on multiple projects simultaneously If the above describes your skills and experience, please send your resume to: ben@eyeglassfactory.ca Only those who are chosen for an interview will be contacted.
