COVID-19 VACCINE PRE-REGISTRATION

The Ontario Opticians Association received important information today regarding the COVID-19 vaccine availability and registration for Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph region. We are pleased to share the following email below: IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph Pre-Registration Process for COVID-19 Vaccine Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph Public Health is inviting members of certain prioritized groups to pre-register for upcoming COVID-19 vaccination appointments. Demand for the COVID-19 vaccine is currently higher than available supply and prioritization is necessary to determine eligibility. Health Care Workers from all priority levels are now eligible to pre-register (as per COVID-19: Guidance for Prioritizing Health Care Workers for COVID-19 Vaccination). Health Care Workers will be prioritized based on the information they provide on the pre-registration form. WDGPH is asking for your immediate action to share this information with eligible health care workers. Click here: www.wdgpublichealth.ca/register to access our website with information about how to pre-register. Pre-registration helps us book appointment reservations quickly and easily. When you pre-register, you select your preferred method of communication (email and/or text message). This is how we will contact you to reserve a vaccine appointment. Note: The registration website is not compatible with the Internet Explorer browser. Please use either Chrome, Safari or Firefox browser. We appreciate your support.
